The fruit used to produce this Verdelho was sourced from the Rosemary Hill vineyard, north west of Stanthorpe. The nose features fresh fruit characters of pineapple and citrus. The wine is made in a crisp acid driven style that makes a great refreshing drink.
This is real hand made wine, an unwooded, drink now style that invites itself to lunch, especially after you have climbed the Pyramids!
Try it chilled with sashimi tuna – it’s a great match.
