The fruit sourced for this wine is grown by Duncan and Dinie Ferrier at their beautiful Rosemary Hill vineyard to the north west of Stanthorpe. The nose shows typical Petit Verdot characters of cherry and spice with a floral overtone. The wine features intense colour and firm tannin profile with rich ripe fruit lingering on the palate.

A powerful wine that will certainly benefit with more time in the bottle. We've given it three years in the bottle and you can now enjoy it with this cellaring time behind it. You might even like to keep it longer. Serve with aged cheeses like Stilton.
