Made from Cabernet grapes grown by Duncan and Dini Ferrier at Rosemary Hill vineyard, north west of Stanthorpe. Crushed, then gently foot stomped and pressed immediately. A crisp fresh style that offers delicacy with substance. The soft pink hue and aroma are both enticing. A refreshingly delicious wine to be enjoyed on a hot summer’s afternoon. Great with grilled octopus and/or fried cauliflower and whipped feta.
