This foot stomped rose is made from our estate grown Cabernet and Merlot fruit which was enthusiastically foot stomped then basket pressed by some of our loyal pickers. It was 100% fermented in older barrels then finished in stainless steel. It’s a dry, deliciously textured style with juicy red fruit and a fresh clean finish. A refreshingly delicious wine to be enjoyed on a hot summer’s afternoon. Great with grilled octopus and/or fried cauliflower and whipped feta.
