This wine is another good example of our cool climate Cabernet style. It is well structured with plenty of blackberry and bell pepper fruit characters matched by tight mouthwatering tannins. It was matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels with just a light filtration prior to bottling. Balance and length on the palate bode well for a long life ahead.

Serve with marinated lamb rump and Mediterranean vegetables.
