Fruit was sourced from the Misty River vineyard, west of Ballandean. This wine spent nine months in new and seasoned French oak barrels with 25% being new. 50% malolactic fermentation and several months of regular lees stirring gives the wine a rich mid palate. It’s fresh and clean with floral and stone fruit characters balanced by some richness and vanilla spice. A full, rich, complex style made for lovers of Chardonnay.
