The fruit used to produce this Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the Girraween Estate vineyard in Wyberba. Due to the long cool ripening season, it was picked later than usual. This allowed the fruit to ripen slowly and retain high levels of natural acidity. Handpicked and fermented in stainless steel, this wine is fruit driven with lifted aromas of tropical fruit and finishing crisp and dry.
This is real hand made wine, an unwooded, drink now style that invites itself to lunch, especially after you have climbed the Pyramids!
Try it chilled with goat's cheese and fresh asparagus.
