Made entirely from fruit from our Wyberba vineyard, this Shiraz reflects the cool season with classic cool climate characters of mint and spice. It’s a medium bodied style, bright and fresh with a smooth persistent mouthfeel. One new French barrel in the 6 barrel blend has added a touch of caramel without dominating the fruit. An elegant style of Shiraz that will cellar for many years.

12 months maturation in seasoned and new French oak allows the fruit to shine.

Great drinking now. This wine will show its best if decanted.
