The fruit used to produce this wine was sourced from Girraween Estate in Wyberba. The grapes were pressed and then the juice was separated into small individual ferments. One new French oak barrel in a three barrel blend. 30% malolactic fermentation and nine months on lees, stirred regularly for the first few months has added layers of texture and flavour. A burst of citrusy freshness with hints of guava, lime and nougat.
