2020 brought us a second year of drought. The vines produced low yields and we thinned the crop to avoid placing further stress on the vine. This wine is hand plunged in open fermenters before being basket pressed and racked into barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation.
12 months maturation in seasoned French oak allows the fruit to shine.
Great drinking now. This wine will show its best if decanted.
