This blend is a selection of some of the best barrels from our 2019 vintage. This year the blend is made up of one barrel each of Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
The warm dry season has created rich full flavours and delicious ripe tannins giving the 2019 reds plenty of weight and structure. This combination of varieties, in seasoned French oak, shows great complexity, giving a wine of remarkable character, just like its namesake.
Try it with rib fillet rolled in herbs and porcini mushrooms.
