Aged Wines vs New Wines

One of the questions we get asked most in the cellar door is “How long can I keep this wine?” After 25 years of winemaking, we now have a stock of wines that we can share and compare.

Now is your chance to find out more about how wines age over time. Do they get better? How much do they change? How should I keep my wine? Will I still like the wine? Why does it change colour?

This is a unique opportunity to be guided by Warren, the winemaker to see and learn about the many different aspects of wine ageing. A cellared wine beside a current release will unveil the mysteries of why people age wine.

Take your time and enjoy the winter ambience of our warm, cosy cellar door. Allow approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs for this tasting.
